Orders & Payments

All Guldasta garments are made to order.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order, and the remaining 50% must be paid before the order is shipped.

Work on your garment will begin once the advance payment has been received.

Made-to-Order & Delivery Timelines

Every Guldasta piece is made especially for you.

The time required to prepare each garment may vary depending on its design and craftsmanship. The estimated time required for your garment will be mentioned on the respective product page.

Please note that the mentioned timeline refers to the time required to prepare the garment. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be borne by the customer. The applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you while processing your order.

Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products & Replacements

We take great care while preparing and packaging every Guldasta order. However, if your garment arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement.

The damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographic or video proof of the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a replacement where applicable.

Custom Orders & Measurements

Custom-made garments are created specifically according to the measurements and requirements shared with us.

In case there is an issue with the fit or measurements, we will work with you to resolve and rectify the issue wherever possible. However, custom orders are not eligible for replacement or refund.

For garments that need to be sent back to us for measurement or fit corrections, the customer will bear the shipping cost of sending the garment to Guldasta, and Guldasta will bear the cost of shipping the corrected garment back to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

As every Guldasta garment is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Handmade Variations

Every Guldasta garment is handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in Mukaish work, embroidery, motifs, colour, or other handmade details may occur.

These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

By placing an order with Guldasta, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our payment, shipping, delivery, return, replacement, and custom order policies.
